JOINT RESOLUTION
Proposing an amendment to the Constitution of the United States establishing a father's right of relationship to his unborn children.
Resolved by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled (two-thirds of each House concurring therein), That the following article is proposed as an amendment to the Constitution of the United States, which shall be valid to all intents and purposes as part of the Constitution when ratified by the legislatures of three-fourths of the several States within seven years after the date of its submission for ratification, and is intended to establish a father's right of relationship with his unborn children.

To secure a father’s right to relationship with his unborn child:
‘A mother shall be enjoined from terminating her pregnancy in any manner whatsoever, except in cases of rape, incest, or life threatening health risk, when the biological father desires to have a relationship with the unborn child’.
